Sara’s teachings are shaped by a grounded strength + a deep respect for the body. Her personal experience using yoga to help herself heal from an autoimmune disease informs the way she supports others, making her guidance both thoughtful and genuinely compassionate. As a national trainer at Life Time she mentors teachers throughout the country and brings that level of expertise to every retreat. Her background includes extensive study of yogic philosophy which she seamlessly weaves into her classes in a way that feels accessible. Sara helps students make sense of ancient principles through the lens of their everyday lives, allowing the practice to feel relevant and deeply supportive. Many describe her classes as a chance to reconnect with parts of themselves that have been overlooked for far too long.
Julia brings an intuitive fire: a blend of artistry, depth, and embodied wisdom. She is an experienced energy healer and a holistic health coach whose work is rooted in more than a decade of innerstanding the mind-body-spirit connection. Her expertise is strengthened by advanced studies in integrative health and functional lab testing, giving her a unique ability to translate science and spirituality into clear, accessible guidance. She creates classes that feel purposeful as she invites students to experience the body as a sacred vessel for inner peace. Julia is dedicated to holding an inclusive space where students can reconnect with themselves on every level to expreince greater alignment and more joy in their everyday lives.
